Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the She Rituals by Skinish website and to online programmes, workshops and related educational materials you purchase directly from us.
She Rituals is operated by Skinish, trading as She Rituals. Our business address is Street number 2, Mahesh colony, Gudhiyari, Raipur. You can contact us at hello@sherituals.com.
1. Enrolling in a programme
Before you enrol, please review the programme page and checkout information. These explain what’s included, the total price and currency, when access begins, how long it lasts, and any live sessions or community access included with your purchase.
By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and the purchase terms displayed for your programme. Your order is accepted when we send your enrolment confirmation. Keep that email for your records. If you’ve paid and haven’t received a confirmation, contact us so we can check your order.
Please use an email address you can access. We use it to send your enrolment details, access instructions and important updates about your programme.
2. Prices and payments
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or charges we collect, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is collected using the payment method you select.
Promotions apply according to the terms shown with the offer. A price change or promotion introduced after your purchase does not change the price you agreed to pay. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same order, contact us so we can investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.
3. Refunds and cancellation rights
She Rituals programme fees are non-refundable for change of mind, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law. Where no statutory right applies, this includes choosing not to start or finish a programme, missing a scheduled session, or leaving part of your access period unused.
If a statutory cancellation right applies to your purchase, the applicable legal rules determine how long you have to cancel and when that right may end. Where we offer immediate access to digital content during a statutory cancellation period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before supply begins. Live sessions and other services may be subject to different cancellation rules.
If you wish to exercise a statutory right to cancel, contact hello@sherituals.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information for us to identify your order. You can find more information about cancellations, access issues and refunds in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Programme access and accounts
Access begins and ends as described on the programme page and in your enrolment details. Some materials may become available immediately, while others may be released on a schedule. Check your programme details for any applicable start dates, access deadlines or platform requirements.
Your enrolment is for your personal use. Please keep your login details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. You may download materials marked as downloadable for your personal use. Access to streamed or platform-hosted materials is available during the stated access period.
If you can’t access something included in your enrolment, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We’ll investigate and work to restore access or provide the remedy you’re entitled to.
5. Live sessions and programme changes
Where a programme includes live sessions, we’ll provide joining details and any relevant schedule information. Recordings are included where stated in the programme description. If a session will be recorded, we’ll let participants know in advance how the recording will be used and whether participant contributions may be captured.
Occasionally, we may need to reschedule a session or change a facilitator. We’ll notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If a change materially affects what you purchased, we’ll explain the available options and any right to a refund or other remedy.
If She Rituals cancels a programme before it begins, we’ll refund the amount you paid for it. If we cancel after it begins, we’ll explain your options and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
6. Wellbeing education and medical care
She Rituals provides general education about perimenopause, menopause and wellbeing. Our website, programmes, resources, live sessions and community discussions are intended for educational purposes. Participation, including in sessions led by healthcare professionals, does not create a clinician–patient relationship or provide an individual diagnosis or treatment plan.
Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about new, persistent or concerning symptoms and before making changes to prescribed medication, treatment, supplements or herbal products. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency or urgent care service.
Each person’s experience is different. Enrolment does not guarantee a particular health or wellbeing outcome.
7. Community participation
If your enrolment includes a She Rituals group or discussion space, please treat other participants with respect. You may share your own experience. Give other members room to make their own decisions and leave individual diagnosis and treatment advice to qualified healthcare professionals.
When taking part, please:
- Keep other members’ names, messages, screenshots and personal stories private unless they’ve given you permission to share them.
- Share personal information thoughtfully, especially health information you’d prefer to keep private.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, spam and unsolicited sales messages.
- Follow the rules of the platform hosting the community.
Where a group is hosted on a third-party platform, such as WhatsApp, that platform’s terms and privacy practices also apply. Depending on the platform and group settings, other participants may be able to see information such as your profile name or phone number.
We may remove content or restrict community participation where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these rules or protect members’ safety or privacy. Where practical, we’ll explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. Any restriction will be proportionate to the issue and will respect your rights under applicable law.
8. Use of our materials
She Rituals or its licensors own the rights in our website and programme materials. Your enrolment gives you permission to use those materials for your own learning during the applicable access period, subject to any permissions stated on the material itself.
Unless we give you written permission or the law allows it, please do not share login credentials, copy or redistribute paid materials, upload them to another platform, record live sessions, or use our materials to teach or sell your own programme.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, enrol in a programme, contact us or participate in a community. If we invite you to share a testimonial or feature your story publicly, we’ll ask for your permission separately.
10. Your consumer rights
You retain any rights and remedies that apply under consumer law, including rights relating to the supply, quality and description of digital content and services. These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases or future use of the website. The version in effect when you purchased a programme applies to that purchase. If a change is required by law or we propose a change that affects an existing enrolment, we’ll explain the change and any options available to you.
